Do you need to refresh your skills as a Mental Health First Aider to help young people experiencing mental health problems?

This course is designed for adults who have completed Youth Mental Health First Aid and wish to refresh their knowlede about common mental health problems experienced by young people, as well as strengthen your skills and confidence to support young people seek help and maintain good mental health.

Course delivery is a mix of theory presentation, case studies, films and group discussions.

Numbers are limited so please book early.
